  • A firm price will be provided before any work begins
  • You have the right to decline service after receiving the on-site estimate, with no obligation
  • Diagnostic or service call fees may apply and will be disclosed upfront
  • Additional charges may apply if unexpected issues are discovered during service

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards
  • Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee
  • Returned checks may incur a returned check fee in accordance with Arizona law
  • For larger jobs or commercial projects, a deposit may be required before work begins

6. Warranties and Workmanship Guarantee

Rooter Pros LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We offer the following warranty coverage:

  • Labor performed by our technicians is warranted against defects for 30 days from the date of service, unless otherwise stated in writing
  • Parts and equipment are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Warranties are void if the repaired system is altered, misused, or damaged by a third party after our service
  • Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed — it does not cover unrelated plumbing issues

To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with your service date and invoice number.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Damage resulting from access to concealed pipes, walls, or structures required to complete a repair

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • We ask that you provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service
  • For emergency service calls, failure to be available at the time of arrival may result in a trip charge
